Q. Do you charge to come out and measure for quoting purposes?

A. We do not charge for this service, but prefer to price from architects drawings if possible followed by a site measure once a price has been agreed

Q. How do we place an order with you?

A. Once our quotation has been agreed, we will ask for an order in writing with a deposit - usually about 10% of the total order, then we will agree on a timescale required and proceed with the job

Q. Can you supply us with a drawing of what our joinery items will look like?

A. We can supply a sectional drawing and elevation, we find this is usually more important for stairs
