We can manufacture almost anything out of timber but below is a list of the main products that we produce.

 


Casement Window REF:  1
Traditional style of window, where the sash is shot into the frame so the outside is flush. These can be made in softwood or hardwood. We can make them for single or double glazing.
Stairs REF:  2

We make staircases out of a variety of timbers, most of the stairs we manufacture have M/D/F treads and risers with soft wood strings and balustrade, but we do manufacture stairs from other types of wood.

We can manufacture stairs to any specification, straight flights, winders and spirals to name but a few.

The main types of timber we use for stairs are Oak, Ash, Sapele and Beech apart from soft wood which can be used on just the treads and hand rail as a feature, or the complete staircase can be made from timber.

There are so many variations to make your staircase look different from the norm if you so wish.

Internal and External Doors REF:  3

We manufacture all designs of door that you would normally see off the shelf, but we can make these doors to any size. Also, we very often match existing patterns of door that are extremely old and aren't made today. The types of doors that we manufacture regularly are French doors, frame ledged and braced doors, Stable, 4-panel to name but a few.

Stair Balustrade REF:  4

We supply balustrade to stairs if required but on occasions we need to replace exisiting or supply it seperately. Balustrade consists of hand rail, base rail, spindles (turned, stop chamfer or square) and newels posts. All items can be made in a variety of timbers as with all of our joinery.

We can also manufacture the lovely traditional continuous handrails as well as the more contemporary ones.

 
Bars and reception counters REF:  5

We regularly design and manufacture bars and backfittings for pubs and hotels on the island.

The bar top is usually made from a solid timber such as Sapele, Ash or Oak, the backfitting and under bar is a brown formica M/D/F which is extremely durable.

We also supply reception desks and counters to local companies and our main customer is the local authorities such as schools, hospitals and doctors surgerys which are mainly constructed of mdf with veneered or marmoleum tops with hard wood lippings for durablity
